The Dalliance House, completed in 2012, is a staple neoclassical building in the heart of Kifissia from the early 1900s. A residence turned retail store, ink architectural engineering solutions restored the building to its original moldings and transformed it into the gastronomical haven that it is today.

Request: Solve restrictive building regulations caused by building’s Preserved Landmark status, as well as, previous owner’s construction discrepancies, reconstruct and transform previous retail space into an all-day lounge, bar and restaurant that stands out, while preserving building’s stature and prestige.
