The Dalliance House, completed in 2012, is a staple neoclassical building in the heart of Kifissia from the early 1900s. A residence turned retail store, ink architectural engineering solutions restored the building to its original moldings and transformed it into the gastronomical haven that it is today.

Solve restrictive building regulations caused by building’s Preserved Landmark status, as well as, previous owner’s construction discrepancies, reconstruct and transform previous retail space into an all-day lounge, bar and restaurant that stands out, while preserving building’s stature and prestige.
